Leaders and Followers
- Two types of leaders: task leaders and socio-emotional leaders
- Task leaders (initiating leaders) focus on goal achievement (clarify goal, present or ask for information, evaluate group‘s progress)
- Socio-emotional leaders focus on constructing/ maintaining group cohesion (encourage/ praise others, resolve conflicts)
